INHUMAN EXPERIMENTS

Kiloru tries SAI. And Kiloru really-really needs some critique. I know, I failed proportions a bit, TOTALLY failed hands and certanly did wrong shadows. Line is kinda rough, but, suppose, it can be only fixed by long practice.

Again, head-neck connection, neck itself, neck muscles and clavicles don't go like that. She's falling, srsly, always check the center of mass and axis line. Proportions aren't as bad as usual, don't worry x) Left pair of ears should be seen
WHAT ARE THESE PORN BOOTS, MAH DAUGHTER IS A MAIDEN GAIR

And, come on, start doing THINGS or at least study

You finally stopped using Flash for drawing! Hooray! I was anticipating this!
Vectors were too unsuitable for you: no real freedom of line art, difficult to do shading, no transparency or pressure, etc.
This is already a huge improvement. To improve line art you need to use larger brush size. Use a drawing tablet (for ex. Wacom) if you have one and USE PRESSURE. Use pressure. You won't get far without the pressure setting. Pressure lets you control opacity/transparency of the brush by pressing harder or softer with the pen.

Another advice is to keep line art on the top layer and shading/coloring on bottom layers, so as not to screw line art with the coloring. If you need, you could even draw things like head/clothers, hands, weapons all on different layers (layer pairs: line art+coloring).

Now, how good is this as a drawing? Good shading on the legs (we can see that one leg is further than the other one, because it is darker), but not on the cloth. The cloth is shaded somewhat incoherently, we cannot see its volume or where it is lighted from. You seem to be shading each small part separately, while instead you need to shade the entire figure as a whole, as a three-dimensional object (for ex. cylinder, cube, sphere, etc). For example, the tail has to be much darker because it is behind the body.

Btw, I agree with Starks. Imperfect anatomy on hands, ELBOWS (WORK ON ELBOWS), neck, face and pelvis (it's way too bulgy). Posture is imbalanced.
I hope that was all I wanted to say.
