On the second picture, for the bottom left corner guy, since his spear is angled, the dangling cloth should, you know, dangle. Be pointed towards the ground. Right now it looks like it's stuck to the spear shaft. (I know you absolutely just copy-pasted it from another guy and forgot.)
On the second picture, all bottom guys have a center piece on the skirt armor. The center piece that is vertical and rectangular with a dent. It was making no sense to me until I noticed the hero on the first picture also has it. Then it clicked: it's the dangling remainder of the belt. Their whole belt is single piece thin cloth wrapped around the waist and tied and that is the bit that dangles. But on the second picture I see no belts. Or what you try to pass off as a belt actually looks like the inner layer of the armor to me. So it made no sense to me why stuff is dangling there. Could use some work on clarity there.
Other than that, there is enough variety. It looks pretty good. The hero is basically XVI century Russian strelets, hat, coat and everything, but reverse-reincarnated into bronze age. Btw, he also has the middle thing. I assume it's the dangling remainder of the belt then.
I totally copy-pasted it on every banner model, yep (though I don't really want it to dange too much, currently it self-supports and I want everything to have as much contact points with everything just for durability's sake, maybe i will widen it or something)
Yup, it was supposed to be belts. I honestly just intended to paint the in not-metallic color for clarity, but now I tried to remove dangly bits on armored guys and yeah, it probably looks better.
At this point I guess they already have nothing to do with the bronze age xD like, they're a mishmash of vaguely medieval turk, mongol and slavic stuff randomly thrown together
