You're not taking advantage of its full size, and a portrait would be more fitting to draw on a vertically-aligned sheet.
You won't be able to scan it, unless you buy a larger scanner. The best thing you can do is watch over illumination and camera angle when shooting a photo.
I have to say, the shadows on the scarf's wrinkles are too weak, and the neck has a weird shape. It's difficult to see how neck is connected to the head. To me it looks like the head is moved forward too far, maybe because of the neck going straight up.
And I sort of don't understand the shadows on the coat's collar.
Something's on the nose that looks like it's a mouth.
Good job on everything else.
Will be interested to hear why there's a lot of work to do. To me it seems little.

У меня есть идея разве только использовать нормальный фотоааппарат вместо камеры телефона.
Считаешь, складки надо выделять темнее? Просто я не совсем в этом уверен.
По-видимому, я сдвинул голову слишком вперед, шея растет из нитокуда...моя вина, признаю. Кхаанг, я уже не первый раз делаю эту ошибку.
Над воротником я тоже схалтурил. Половины этой тени там не должно было быть, если я все правильно представляю.
Работа заключается в, хе-хе, добавлении такой очевидной вещи, как управление клавиатурой в полностью ориентированный на мышь движок. Хотя, посмотрим, может все будет и не так плохо. Вдобавок мне нужно несколько переоформить диалоговую систему, выкинуть все бесполезные квестовые пережитки и с нуля написать совершенно другой инвентарь. Увы. мне до тебя далеко, поэтому для меня это порядочный объем.
