Work in progress. 

Current status:

1. New battle engine. I am rewriting the whole game, using AS3 instead of AS2. Also, i'm going to realize some little gameplay features to make battle process more interesting and comrortable.

2. It's really hard to believe, but near 1/3 of ALL battle sprites are ready. Of course, the hardest part is not complete - a big bosses sprites isn't even started.

3. Some map sprites progress - just a walking animation of protagonist. I really cannot understand, what's wrong with it.

I've finally kicked off my exams. So... Working of ASPECT continues. 

I have some real support of some of my friends, and it allows me to work faster and more productive.

I continue drawing character battle and world map sprites; also, i write a dialogues and correcting plot to avoid logical collapces. As side-effect, i advanced setting's lore (like mechanics of magic, cultural features of nations and history of world). It's kinda interesting, in fact.

Suppose, I must prepare for my exams, but...

Tiles are fun. It's suddenly interesting process - drawing a little (32*32) tile, which looks like a solid texture. Twas...unexpected.

Well, my university exams stopped any progress... For now.

But i still have enormous plans for its future. 

First, I decided to make some changes of the setting and overall size of world. My final goal is a huge world with interesting background and original culture. 

Second point is about game mechanics. I totally hate most of 'rpg's just because they are only hack'n'slash games with rudimental plot with tons of cliсhe and only one purpose: KILL-LOOT-KILL MORE-LOOT MORE. This is...dissapointing.

Just because of it main part of 'aspect' is social interaction. Actually, it will be a game about dialogues with few battles. My work is...huge. Just a plot with non-linear elements, interesting characters etc. Damn.
